If you are new to exercise or have never tried Pilates before, you are in the right place. This 6 week online beginner Pilates course is designed to help you build confidence, body awareness, and basic strength at a steady, accessible pace. You’ll work through six self guided sessions lasting 30 to 45 minutes, with short supporting videos so movements make sense as you go. You can pause, rewind, and repeat whenever you need. This is where Pilates starts to make sense.
Are you confused by conflicting nutrition advice and social media influencers? I built this course for you. Over ten weeks, you’ll start to understand what your body actually needs, and how to eat in a way that works in real life. It’s all based on proper evidence, explained clearly, so you’re not guessing what to do or changing things every week.
