  • It’s my digital nutrition programme designed to give you clarity around how your body works and what it actually needs. Each week, you get a short online lesson (around 15–20 minutes’ reading time) covering topics like macronutrients, hunger versus appetite, fibre, fats, energy, and realistic habit building. You follow the lessons at your own pace, with some modules including simple downloadable tools.

  • It’s a digital, easy to follow nutrition programme designed for women who want better energy, clearer appetite signals and a simpler way to eat well. Each weekly lesson takes around 15 to 30 minutes to read and includes actions for the week ahead. You’ll cover macronutrients, hunger versus appetite, fibre, fats, sleep and how to build habits that last & more! It’s not a diet, there’s no calorie counting, and there are no restrictive meal plans. Instead, you get straightforward guidance, practical tools. The course is suitable for peri and post-menopausal women and supports strength, confidence and long term health wherever you are in the world.

  • Nope. That’s my job – to meet you where you are and build from there. Whether you’re returning after time off, managing an injury, or starting fresh, we go at your pace.

  • That’s completely fine. Some clients come purely for the training. If you do want support with nutrition or habits later on, we can bring that in—only if and when it suits you.

  • That depends on your goals, schedule, and budget. Some train weekly, others every couple of weeks with a plan to follow between. We’ll figure out what works best for you.

  • Yes. You can train with me online, in person, or a mix of both. The same level of support, just adapted to your setup.
