Will I have to weigh in?

No, throughout this program, I aim for you to create a mind-body connection, so it becomes about how you feel, not a digit on the scales. 

Will I have to measure myself?

Yes, this is a much more grounded approach to changing shape over time, you can enter these on the app. 

Do you provide mats and equipment?

No, you are in it for the long term, so you will need to invest in a mat and some weights; I can recommend these individually.
